What should a prototyping dashboard measure besides adoption?

THE SHORT ANSWER

Two columns: shipped and landed. Blair Metcalf's Reddit Proto, as he showed it on Claire Vo's How I AI on October 26, 2026, has 100% adoption across 150 people and about 700 prototypes on a public internal dashboard, and the handoff ends in a draft PR that, in his words, may or may not go through; nothing records which. Shipped is the merged PR, the date, and the reviewer's name. Landed is the behavior a user now does with the feature and would be annoyed to lose, with a date. The number to lead with is how many prototypes have a blank in both after a quarter. Figma's design chief reported 17x more code and 1.3x more releases, and 13 of the 39 agents I built were orphans nothing outside the fleet ever read; that is the ratio a count-only dashboard produces.
