- Customer feedback platform (Intercom, Slack, surveys)
- Slack channel with team updates
- Metrics dashboard (whatever you track)
- Email/notes from customer conversations
- Competitive intel sources (if monitoring)
Prep time: 15 minutes to gather links. Have them open in tabs Monday morning.

10-Minute Block: Product Metrics
- Open metrics dashboard
- Record key numbers: DAU, conversion rate, churn, feature adoption, etc.
- Note any significant moves up or down (>10% change)
- Paste raw data into AI prompt: "Summarize these metrics and flag anomalies"
- Output: Metrics summary for weekly update
10-Minute Block: Customer Feedback
- Skim Slack, Intercom, survey responses from the week
- Copy/paste feedback into AI prompt: "Organize this feedback by theme, flag what's urgent"
- Look for: feature requests, bugs, churn signals, praise
- Output: Feedback themes ranked by impact
10-Minute Block: Team & Shipping
- Review Jira/Linear: what shipped, what's blocked
- Scan Slack for team blockers or decisions made
- Copy into AI prompt: "Create a team update on what shipped and what's stuck"
- Identify: 1 win, 1 blocker, 1 risk
- Output: Team update draft ready for standup
Weekly Maintenance (Async, Thursday)
- Update roadmap if priorities shifted
- File new customer feedback into your CRM
- Add action items from the week to your backlog
- Send weekly update to stakeholders (use template from stakeholder-update-agent.md)
- Archive Slack threads from the week (keep your channel clean)
- Review next week's dates: launches, customer calls, board meetings
Time Investment: 30 minutes Monday + 10 minutes Thursday = ~40 minutes/week ROI: Never miss a metric, always know what customers want, always have your updates ready
