Write the launch post first
If nobody can find it, you didn't ship it. You built it.
Building got commoditized, so hundreds of teams ship similar features. What separates them is who tells the clearest story and puts it in front of the right people first.
Write the launch post before you write anything else. Name the customer's pain in plain English, the change the feature makes, and one concrete number. If you can't do that, the idea isn't crisp yet, and that's useful to learn before the build, not after.
Then build the demo before the doc. Ninety seconds, two takes, no edits. If you wouldn't share it yourself, it isn't ready.
And run distribution yourself for the first hundred customers. Pick three channels, work them daily for a week, and track what landed. That's the brief you hand to go-to-market, instead of a hope.
Today
Write the launch post for your current feature now, before it ships. Draft five angles and pick the one you'd bet on.
Done when: You'd post it today if the feature were done.
