Build it before you describe it
The one skill that separates a Product Builder from a Product Manager.
Everything in this course is downstream of today. When an idea goes from your head to a working prototype in hours instead of weeks, the whole product loop speeds up. Discovery, validation, the engineering handoff, even how you talk to executives.
You stop arguing about specs because you can build the thing. You stop waiting for a sprint because the prototype exists before the sprint starts.
The mistake most people make on their first try is starting with the screens. Start with the pipeline instead: the input, the reasoning step with a specific prompt, the output. Make that work end to end with test inputs. Then wrap the smallest possible UI around it.
The bar is a URL you can send to one real customer. Not a Figma file. Not a Loom of a Figma file. A thing they can click.
Today
Pick the next idea that would have turned into a spec. Build the pipeline first, deploy it, and send the URL to one named customer.
Done when: A customer has used it and you wrote down what they did, not what they said they liked.
